You’re business-minded, emotionally mature, allergic to drama, and able to take the lead without needing your hand held. You’re fluent in the language of digital storytelling, love turning ideas into posts and data into strategy — and you’re not afraid to experiment, learn, and try again.
The Position:

- Manage and grow social presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube; engage daily with followers through comments, DMs, and community interaction
- Monitor trends and platform changes to keep content relevant; analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and support paid media efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams, designers, contractors, and influencers; support program launches, events, live coverage, and marketing initiatives to drive engagement and sales
- Capture and utilize client testimonials, contribute fresh ideas in marketing meetings, and maintain a strong connection between social efforts and business goals
The Right Fit:
- Have 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or fast-paced business
- An elegant writer with design instincts and a sharp eye for storytelling and trends
- Understand the relationship between social media, community, and business growth
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and flexible
- Comfortable working remotely and contributing to a close-knit, high-performance team
Must-Haves:
- Experience & Education: 2+ years in social media strategy, content creation, and audience engagement within a high-growth business; proven track record as a Social Media Manager or similar role; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Content & Communication Skills: Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to grammar and detail; ability to deliver high-quality creative content across text, image, and video formats
- Digital Fluency & Tools: Hands-on experience with social media management tools, email marketing platforms, CRMs, project management systems, and Canva; general knowledge of generative AI for content optimization
- Marketing & Analytical Ability: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and key performance metrics; strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions
- Professionalism & Personality: Positive, proactive, and feedback-driven with a polished, mature presence; sets the tone for professionalism on a collaborative, remote team
- Team Readiness: A quick learner who can adapt to KLC’s operations and systems with ease, represent the brand with confidence, and maintain a professional, private remote setup with a strong internet connection
