The role:

This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for a builder. Someone who can step into a fast-moving founder-led company and help transform ideas, intellectual property, thought leadership, podcast content, curriculum, launches, and vision into a fully operational marketing engine.

You will work directly with CEO and founder Kaeli Lindholm to help scale a brand focused on helping female founders build highly profitable, deeply aligned, life-first businesses. This role is part strategist, part operator, part creative director, part systems thinker, and part executor. You will not only help execute the marketing vision, you will help build the infrastructure behind it.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Leading the execution and evolution of KLC’s marketing ecosystem

- Translating long-form thought leadership into high-performing multi-channel content

- Growing our Business on Top podcast 

- Managing and optimizing content across podcast, Instagram, email, launches, YouTube, and curriculum marketing

- Building AI-powered workflows utilizing tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Canva, and emerging creative technologies

- Creating structure, consistency, and momentum across all marketing initiatives

- Helping operationalize founder ideas into campaigns, systems, assets, and execution plans

- Managing contractors, creatives, editors, and future team members as the department grows

- Building scalable systems for audience growth, lead generation, nurture, and conversion

- Actively supporting launches, live events, retreats, intensives, and educational programs

- Tracking KPIs, optimizing performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and leverage

- Has multiple side gigs or is looking to start their own business within the next two-five years

Remote role, Southern California preferred
