The program includes a live kickoff event in Manhattan Beach, CA, the complete 90-day curriculum, KLC’s Proprietary Method Tool Builder, six 1:1 coaching calls, six group coaching sessions, and access to exclusive KLC Agency services, the coaching team, and community throughout your journey.

You’ll also receive a welcome kit with your printed educational workbook and a certificate of completion to mark your achievement. The total investment for the comprehensive 90-day experience is $8,497 all-in, with flexible payment plan options available to support your preferred timeline for enrollment.

When does the program start, and how is the curriculum delivered? +

Your experience begins with a live kickoff immersion in Manhattan Beach, CA, hosted at the N2 Aesthetics training facility on January 9–10, 2026. This in-person event sets the foundation for your next evolution as a CEO, connecting you with fellow leaders, anchoring your vision, and igniting the momentum for what’s ahead.

At the kickoff, you’ll receive your printed workbook — your companion guide designed to help you integrate the curriculum into your business in real time.

The course content is supplemented through a private audio podcast, allowing you to learn on the go and revisit each pillar at your own pace. Over the 90-day journey, you’ll focus on one core pillar every two weeks, supported by twice-monthly group coaching sessions and 1:1 coaching with a KLC Strategic Growth Advisor for tailored support and accountability.

The program concludes with a virtual certification session on April 9, where you’ll celebrate your progress and earn your official program certification.

What if I can’t attend the live event portion? +

The live kickoff in Manhattan Beach is a core part of the Confidence to Scale™ experience. It sets the tone, pace, and foundation for your 90-day journey, providing the in-person strategy work, connection, and clarity that make the rest of the program so effective.

Because this is an all-inclusive program, the live immersion is built into both the curriculum and pricing. Attendance at the live event is essential to the full experience. How much time should I plan to commit per week to maximize my impact? +
